Lizz Winstead

Comedian and blogger Lizz Winstead is perhaps most notable as the co-creator of The Daily Show. Winstead hired some of the show’s iconic talents, like Stephen Colbert and Lewis Black, before leaving the show in 1998.

Winstead started her career in the Minneapolis stand-up comedy scene and went on to headline shows like Women of the Night and the Aspen Comedy Festival. She went on to produce a pretty impressive list of TV and radio programs, and has been a recurring guest on CNN and MSNBC.

"I think, therefore I am... single."

In 2012, Winstead founded Lady Parts Justice, “a cabal of comics and writers exposing creeps hellbent on destroying access to birth control and abortion.”
